How to order your custom design with us?

1. Send us a message on Whatsapp at +60109171437 with the following information for us to provide an accurate quotation:

- Say Hello! And introduce yourself

- Collection date

- How many people is the product for?

- Send us photos/pictures and be as detailed as possible (colour, design custom cake topper etc)

- State your budget we should be respectful of 

- Full delivery address (if delivery is needed)

2. Our team will look at the information you have provided and will respond within 2-24 hours with a quotation after checking our baking schedule

Please understand that we are unable to answer queries immediately as we are busy baking and juggling orders.

3. We require full prepayment to confirm the order.
The order will be deemed cancelled if no payment has been received.
